If cabin quality, seating comfort, and a longer body with more passenger space matter to you — and you want all of this in an EV — there is currently nothing in India that delivers exactly this package.

Do not wait for the Altroz EV if you need a car before mid-2026, or if ground clearance is important to your driving conditions. If you regularly navigate bad roads, high speed breakers, or live in a city with flooding risk, the Punch EV's 195mm clearance is a meaningful real-world advantage over the Altroz's expected 145–165mm.
